The process below will setup/activate a Sacred Heart University network account and e-mail address. This network account will enable you to access online services such as mySHU Portal, Blackboard, WebAdvisor, library resources, SHU's wireless network, and other resources.

Please Note: if you have just been registered/assigned to a course or hired, please allow 4 hours for your information to be updated before completing this process.

You must be a deposited applicant or a student registered for a current or future course.
If you are having difficulty completing this process, please contact the Registrar's Office to verify that your registration has been completed and your identification information is accurate.
Faculty & Staff (Click Here)
To create a staff or full time faculty account you must be a current employee. If you are a new employee, you must have your information registered with Human Resources.
If you are not able to complete this setup, please contact Human Resources to verify that your hiring process has been completed and your identification information is accurate.
Adjunct Faculty (Click Here)
To create an adjunct account, you must be teaching a current or a future class at Sacred Heart University as an adjunct professor.
If you are not able to complete this process, please contact your academic department or the Academic Vice President's Office to verify that you have been assigned to a course and your identification information is accurate.
